Suggestion Title:
Arrest Locations for Admin logs

How would it benefit the server:
At the moment it is impossible to determine if someone broke NLR to arrest someone as we don't see the location in the logs only the person who did it and the time. This would allow more users to get punished for breaking the rule allowing a safer environment for users who can't get proof.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Maybe cause the server to run a bit slower as it needs to log something else aswell, but not sure
