Suggestion Title:Updating The Arrest Logs

How would it benefit the server:Ok so I personally have dealt with so many situations where someone has claimed they have been RDA (randomly arrested) and i ask them where they were when it happened and they normally just say the district. So i then go to the potential rule-breaker and ask him where he arrested him and they tell me the exact location for example "I arrested him just before you go underground in the bank, where the two doors are" (an actual scenario that happened today)

By making it so the arrest logs have a place where they were arrested would benefit the staff members time that could be allocated somewhere else EG: Doing other peoples f1's. Also it would allow the staff to make the decision to interrupt the potential rule-breakers role-play or not.

Not only that but it would also allow staff to 'gain' more evidence to seeing a mass rad so they can see if they are arresting everyone in spawn or just arresting people in multiple areas etc.

Also this may not always help as there are other reasons for arresting people but it would greatly benefit staff if you could add to the Arrest logs to tell us if the person was wanted or not. This would decrease the amount of time an average RDA f1 would take. This would make staff able to handle RDA f1's more successfully and efficiently.

Potential Issues/Exploits:Maybe users say 'check the logs' more often? Otherwise N/A

Additional notes:This is already added on Death Logs so why not arrest logs. It would be easy to add as it is already on Death logs and NLR logs.
