I was using a minigun 2.0 i park district in the garage to test it,then i used holster key,then it didnt holsterd it sadly and i cant use any guns,after this i get timedout ffs and i couldn’t fix the timeout i closed the wifi then turn it on it dosent fix it

nah. shouldn't be refunded. every time i disconnect and time out with special items being held it refunds them automatically and puts them in your inventory, at least for me it does.

besides, if you don't have to be able to prove that you lost stuff, then can i get my golden jug refunded

Timed out = 95% of the time it's on you. Unless the whole server disconnected and you couldn't get your refunds, it is your connection.

As you don't provide the date and time at which this supposedly happened I cannot check in the logs to see whether or not this was a server-wide issue or a personal issue. As we only refund for server issues and we cannot find out whether or not it is your refund request will be denied.
