Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Rdm it's when a player killed a other person without valid reason and need to follow the except reason who showed that can, killing for fun

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system. so to start I am waiting to know the facts of person 1 then 2 then if I see that the situation looks tense I ask the person who was the victim to file proof of what advance and in case there isn't one I will unfortunately have to close the f1. If valid I look at the rapsheet if he got nothing i will start by a verbal but if he got recent and he ripped a item or a suit without refund him example i will warn him but in global if he got nothing in rapsheet and the player is forgive him i accept to not warn him

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining. I would speak to them tell them to stop and if they dont I will freeze and get admin to jail or if they keep going I will kick
