You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system. so to start I am waiting to know the facts of person 1 then 2 then if I see that the situation looks tense I ask the person who was the victim to file proof of what advance and in case there isn't one I will unfortunately have to close the f1. If valid I look at the rapsheet if he got nothing i will start by a verbal but if he got recent and he ripped a item or a suit without refund him example i will warn him but in global if he got nothing in rapsheet and the player is forgive him i accept to not warn him
