How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
Well as many of you know I have been a known member within the community. I am currently a SSRP Admin, I know this Community like the back of my hand, I know how to handle sits, I know how to handle rulebreakers and I am extremely good at catching Hackers on SSRP Even without all the tools I need and I have proved that as I have Caught Hackers as Moderator And Admin, Some Casual members some new. I have been around in this community for a long time and I feel like I have shown what I can do over those years and many people know my Capabilities. I know there are going to be Mixed opinions about this due to my past when I last resigned but since I have came back I have proved I have changed. I might be a little short tempered here and there but I have been working on that a lot recently and I have seen quite an improvement and I am sure a lot of people have.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
I have been around this community longer than 90% of the people still playing. I play every day as much as Possible (past week not so much due to me having two jobs but I have quit my Second Job now and I have gotten back into my Regular Cycle with a few adjustments for play time. I have had a lot of experience as a Staff member as I have had quite a few Ranks within this Community.
I feel as if the following qualities contribute to my Character and Personality within the community.
Trusted
Now I know this is a rough subject to get around and I feel people still do not fully trust me and I fully understand why, I have made a lot of mistakes since I last resigned from being a Staff member and I apologize for that. That isn't who I am anymore, I have shown a lot of Dedication to SSRP in the past Month and a Half I have been a staff member again, I reclaimed my Admin Rank after just
one week as a Moderator and I feel that shows that majority of the staff team has trust in me. I feel that I have proved my trust once again and I feel as if getting this Rank I can prove that I have changed and that I know my shit.
Friendly
Now I am sure the people I do not get along with can disagree with this and vice versa, I am not saying I am the most friendly player within the community but I feel that when it comes to doing my duties as a Admin I know how to be friendly and know how to control myself (which I have shown over the past few weeks since I was getting a little heated with players who were borderline harassing me). Being friendly isn't always the case though, sometimes you need to be a little more aggressive to control some players and I know how to switch back and forth and I know how to do it correctly.

Previous Rank(s)

Experienced
As I stated previously I am a very experienced member of the community. I know how to deal with Staff Members of All ranks, Rulebreakers, I have experience as a Lead Team member and overall I am experienced in many ways throughout the community and I feel that could benefit The Staff Team as a whole.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
Well there are multiple times for this, usually hackers. Recently (a player who will not be named for drama prevention) there was a very well known member in the community who had cheated before, he had an Alternate account which was his "Cousins" account now as he apparently sold it to him. I heard in OOC that he was cheating I checked his punishments and he was kicked for Hacking by IanCarter a few months before. I spectated him and watched how he played and the shots he would hit and they seemed very abnormal for a player who is pretty new. I decided to confront him as I had ways of getting around him denying him hacking. I told him that I got Paramontana to run a Custom Community Manager Anticheat on him that EMP Recently implemented within the Server. I explained that it compares your Server Side Viewmodel movements to known cheats like Aimware, CitizenHack, Aimgod. I said that it was equivalent to Clockwork with CitizenHack, and -2x away from Aimwares Aimbot (In general) X as in Side to Side like a X and Y Axis. I tried telling him that it was borderline impossible for a person to do that due to the speed that is needed to do it. I told him I will give him one last chance to admit to me or I consider banning you Permanently because in past cases this has been enough proof to ban other users. He admitted to cheating, I suspected that it was an Alternate account because he knew I couldn't anticheat him and he was New. I got Tyler Durden on to check him and he said that it was ***** anyways Tyler stayed out of the Sit and spectated. I asked him how he knows ****** and he said that it he was his Cousin and that he lives with him. Tyler checked the IP and they were different (so he lied or was using a VPN) I asked him if he had a VPN he said no and that he didn't know what a VPN was. (You can tell he mixed himself up in his own lies) so we continued the sit and he said there are two Wi-Fi boxes (motem and a booster) in his house, this wouldn't change your IP if you were connected to seperate ones. I explained all this to him and got Permission from Tyler to ban Him and his main for Hacking on a Alt (again).
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would first review the Report, Read the story and get a full understanding and check the proof closely. I would then proceed to contact the Staff Member and ask for his side of the story. I would explain to him what he did wrong and depending on the Situation, Rulebreak or Abuse and previous official warnings I would bring it up in the Lead Team meeting and continue from there.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would first ask for an explanation from both parties. I would conclude and analyze both sides of the story and explain to the staff member that our goal isn't to ban players and explain to him the Ethos and link it to him. I would talk with him about reducing the ban and explain to him that in the future he should not give out excessive bans. I would explain to the user that Next time this occurs the ban will not be lifted and will be kept in place and re instated as the current punishment length instead of a leniant one.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
if I was spectating the player I would Privately Message him through /PM, Steam or Teamspeak or another Third Party Program. I would explain that he needs to keep his temper cool no matter what happened his emotions should not be brought into the sit and he should remain being professional as that is the Reputation we try to keep all staff members at in the ZARP Community.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would first take the Staff member who is accusing to a Spacer or a private channel on Teamspeak and ask him what he saw, if he has proof and get a good story on what he thinks happened. I would then Separately take the Accused Staff member into a Spacer and hear his side of the Story, I would ask if he has any Counter Proof etc. I would then take both staff members into a spacer and let them talk for a little bit to hear what they have to say to see if I can get any lies our or extra information, then if there is any proof conclude it into the situation and deal with it appropriately.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would talk to the staff member pull him into a Spacer or on a Roof and talk to him privately, I would explain to him that he needs to remain professional and mature and try to cool him off a bit. I would then proceed to privately ask each staff member that was affected if they request it to be taken further and if any offence was taken. Depending on the situation and the responses of all staff members I would either let him off with a Verbal Warning or bring him up in the Lead Team meeting.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I get the staff member to a roof or on another Third Party program and explain to him the rules he broke and that he cannot do what he is doing. He is a staff member and is there to enforce the rules not break them. Depending on the Rulebreak and the situation and how the Staff Member responded I would bring him up in the Lead Team meeting.
Extra
I know I recently just made a low F1 Count post, I would like to see what other criticism I get and what I need to work on (besides the F1 Count and Job thing). Chances are this wont be accepted but this is basically to see what i need to work on and hey if it does get accepted then so be it.
