You're a good guy with experoence as an SA but you should look to improve on a few things:

- Make sure you're on Teamspeak a lot, communicating with other SSRP staff.

- I feel like the situation between you and Morgan showed less than great handling from both sides; I know it can be frustrating but try to keep cool and make the correct decisions in all situations.

- Demonstrate a strong sense of leadership in-game: meaning that you should help out new staff members where needed, pick up on people's mistakes and speak to them about it, and generally have a strong presence.

- Contribute strongly during the meetings. I know this can be hard as SSRP meetings are relatively chaotic, but do your best to get involved and make sure your opinion is heard.
