How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
My time as an administrator has been very adventures, first time i applied for moderator was back 3 and half years ago,
since then the whole roleplaying addiction started for me. Ive seen allot of stuff and helped allot of people, and thats the main goal for me in the community, to help people in need. I rarely roleplay now when i got more serious with the community. You will probably see me do more staff work then roleplay to be honest. But, after such a long time as staff i want to take it a step further and go for the super administrator status on the server. I truly believe that after those 6 months where i have been admin, i am finally ready for superadmin, i want to make the community a better place.


What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? :
I would say that i'm a good candidate for super administrator because i have so much experience within the roleplaying situations and also in the staff members point of veiw, i am on around 10 hours a day and always ready to help the community in many ways, new players, staff members. I am mature enough to be serious in many situations where people might laugh or make jokes, but im not like that, im a very serious guy and take my position very seriously.
I rarely just walk around servers doing nothing, im always online to help on the forums and servers.


Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
I have encountered allot of hackers where i tried getting help, or where i had seen staff members do something bad, i tried calling a higher staff where no one was there, so i had to take the situation in my on hands and handle it! Usually i perm ban a hacker (when i can see that its onehundred procent hacks) and also when i saw something bad by a staff member where i first had to talk to the person and then get the information to a higher staff afterwards.


Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
First of all i would read it from top to bottom make sure there is evidence enough, if it turns out the staff member did abuse i would firstly talk to the person who is behind that, check for what went wrong that he decided to abuse. Then i would tell the staff member that i would inform the whole team about it / or give him a warning for abusing, if its the first time i would just give him a warning for, but if it happend before i would take his powers and have him on standby


Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?

I would slowly speak to him about the ban no need to hasitate and make the situation worse, to check for what the person who got banned did wrong. If the person who got banned did deserve the (X amount) of ban time i would do nothing. But if it was too big of a ban for a little crime, i would tell the staff member to maybe not ban for such a long time for rulebreaks that maybe just deserve minor ban.


Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?


I would tell the staff member to go cool down and tell him not to aproach any situation in such way! Then i would personally deal with the situation my self. When its done, i would speak to the staff member in private about the situation and get him not to do that ever again.


Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?


I would get both staff members either on teamspeak or get them on a roof to talk about what happend, and maybe ask for evidence of this. But i would do it calmly and not accuse anyone for anything before i know what happend. If there is enough evidence of rulebreak i would talk to lead team about all of that and maybe end up giving him a warning for it.


Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?


First of all i would get the staff member to talk to me in private and ask why he would do such thing against fellow staff members. Its very important that everybody is happy and dont feel disrespected in any way, the main thing is that everyone feels good within the team and just in general in the Zarp community. I would tell the staff member to cool off and not ever talk like that to anyone around the community, if it does keep happening i would inform the lead team and maybe take his rank temporerily


Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?


First I would teleport the staff member, and firstly tell him that he is in danger of losing his rank because obviously he doesent follow the rules and as a staff member he should know 99.9% of the rules. At this point i would have to again inform the lead team to speak about our staff member breaking rules which is very serious, and should get atleast a warning for it. Or get his rank taken.

- Since i got my admin back 1 month and a few days ago, i realised how much the community acually needs help.. So much rulebreaking going on, so much hate going around within the staff members, and i dont like to see that at all.. We are a team and we should act like it, and be mature enough to do our job. Allot of players complain of the f1s NOT being done, which is a problem, many players get salty and tend to break rules themselves.
I want to keep staff members and also players friendly, happy and just have them enjoy aswell as have fun on the SSRP servers, because Zarp is the best and it should stay like that

Thought you'd be even a slight but mature and deal with situations well if you're fucking 48 years old, but i guess not. I think you could show more as far as your leadership skills are concerned. You apologized for that comment that you made the previous week (y'know, the one where you practically insulted the whole staff team) and I appreciate that, but I still feel like you need more time to prove yourself. Aside from you doing a lot (and yes, you do do a LOT of F1s) I just don't feel like there's much special about you.

Once I see how you act this coming meeting I'll give a bit more in-depth feedback next time. In the end it's a simple fact that it's not just the F1 count we look at.

Nah, you sit and watch people you dislike for hours on end. I remember just out of the blue spawning in a textscreen that said "System fuck off" and you HAPPENED to be spectating me. Seriously , you have certain issues with people and grudges you've held for months on end. You chat shit on forums about the people as well saying that their opinion is biased. What about yours in sits? At the moment i really wish you weren't an admin because I swear you are even more strict to people you dislike than doombringer.

System, at the moment I feel that you aren't quite prepared for this position within the lead team. Firstly, I feel that you lack leadership and communication skills, this is especially evident within the meetings. A large amount of meeting input, and providing your opinion on topics within the meeting is vitally important, and is something you are lacking at the moment. Also you leadership on the server could be improved.

However, you have an absolutely brilliant F1 count on the server and your ability to handle situations on the server is very good. I cant see an improvement to be made within that area. You have very good rule knowledge and are overall a good admin. You are doing a good job but could be improved with the points I have given you above.

You're taking this way too personally. I agree with him fully.

While it's good to recognise issues within the staff team, take your complaints to a LT member instead of openly slandering the staff team. That really isn't a good way to conduct yourself.

Thank you for the respond my friend! But, the past few meetings ive given my opinion on EVERT aplicant, ive talked through the whole meeting and such, i talk with LT all the time, make reports, handle stuff on the forums/TS/servers, i cant see how i didnt improve..

I'm not sure whether you remember which comment I'm talking about, but it sure as fuck wasn't the one you quoted. Everyone knows and understands that there are some staff not putting in proper work. What bothered me was the comment "Oh, but I would have solved it!"

It basically means you put yourself above everyone in the staff team. That is a very rude and an exceptionally arrogant trait to have.

I hardly remember anything you stated the previous meeting. I, as well as others, believe you have something to improve on in that area. Yet you completely disregard our critisisms because you don't agree with it.

In other words, I feel like you have a very arrogant attitude that I would very much prefer to not have in the staff team. We're supposed to work together, nd I feel like you only want more power.

Hello System! I have already notified you of what i think of you but i am just gonna summarise it. Basically i see you on doing a great job as an admin. I watch you in sits and its great. You are so kind and friendly especially when i was undercover you was genuinely a great guy! The only thing i could probably say against you is that your meeting attendance/input to the meeting is lacking for what we expect from a LT member. It could sometimes just be you loosing your patients due to trolls or just being not bothered however i haven't seen any of this it is only examples. I do think you are a great candidate for this position however you are not at the prime of your ability and that is where i would like to see you reach. Yes you have a lot of experience as an admin and you do report a shit ton of stuff to me and i and the LT try to help you but i still think that the communication within meetings and the LT need a bit more of a constant improvement than a improvement while going for a position not saying you are just make it more constant and you have definitely got a yes from me.
