I think you could show more as far as your leadership skills are concerned. You apologized for that comment that you made the previous week (y'know, the one where you practically insulted the whole staff team) and I appreciate that, but I still feel like you need more time to prove yourself. Aside from you doing a lot (and yes, you do do a LOT of F1s) I just don't feel like there's much special about you.
Once I see how you act this coming meeting I'll give a bit more in-depth feedback next time. In the end it's a simple fact that it's not just the F1 count we look at.
