RP Name:
Dragonz Harper Time Zone: Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) Link to Steam Profile: steamcommunity.com/id/viaDragonz SteamID: STEAM_0:1:86913795 Current Gametracker Profiles: Server 1 - www.gametracker.com/player/viaDragonz/da...arpgaming.com:27015/ Server 2 - www.gametracker.com/player/viaDragonz/da...arpgaming.com:27025/ Server 3 - www.gametracker.com/player/viaDragonz/usa.zarpgaming.com:27015/ (I hope to have my activity in a good state by the meeting this Saturday) Estimated Server Time: 321 hours Languages I speak: English Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM is when a player kills another player for no valid RP reason. For example, player x kills player y as he does not like the prices in his shop. Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR states that a player cannot return to the district he had previously died in for 3 minutes. For example, if player x dies in the Suburbs. He cannot return there until his 3 minutes are up. Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. First, I would teleport to player x. I would take him to a roof and then ask him for his side of the story. Then, I would teleport to player y and make sure I do not teleport him at an inopportune time. I would then teleport player y to the sit and ask for his side of the story. If they both check out, I would ask player x for some proof of the RDM. If player x does not have said proof, player y would not be punished. If player x does have proof, I would look at player y's warnings and punish him accordingly. Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. First, I would teleport to player x. I would take him to a roof and then ask him for his side of the story. Then, I would teleport to player y and make sure I do not teleport him at an inopportune time. I would then teleport player y to the sit and ask for his side of the story. I would then look at logs for NLR death notices. If no notices are shown, I would ask player x for proof of the NLR break. If he did have proof, I would look at player y's recent punishments and punish him accordingly. If he did not, player y would not be punished. Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I believe I should be chosen as I have previous experience as I am patient, I am friendly, and I have previous experience as a moderator on ZARP SSRP. I feel I have the patience to deal with troublesome players who seem to desire to do nothing but break the rules. I also try to be as friendly and respectful to all players as I feel being disrespectful gets you nowhere. I am also from the US (EDT) so I can be on at times where our European staff members are asleep. I have also been moderator twice before: once in February and once in July. In my previous times as a moderator, I have learned how to handle certain situations and handle certain kinds of rulebreakers. Thank you for reading my application and see you on the servers! |
