Leadership

Like I've said in my previous applications I've had many experiences of being a leader in multiple environments. After being Super Admin for a while now I've learned a great deal when it comes to being a high example in the community and what it takes to have the leadership characteristic when it comes to SSRP. I know that with what I've experienced in and out of game being a leader is one of my strongest characteristics when it comes to this role. I know when to take charge of a situation and when to sit back and let someone shine. I know how to help guide staff and players to be the best they can be and I would love to bring this to an even further level.



Trust

Ever since the one incident, I have been gaining the trust of so many people now and I believe I have fully proved myself to be among some of the most trusted in the community. I'm not afraid to admit my mistakes and work on improving them in every way shape or form that I could. I believe with my standing in the community trust wise that it would be a good fit for the role and what I can bring to the table.



Experience

Given my time throughout my Garry's Mod staffing career, I believe I have one of the strongest backgrounds when it comes to experience. Once I adjusted to the way of how ZARP handles certain things and the process of it all I was no stranger to the Super Admin position. I excelled when it came to the duties of the LT role. I believe I can bring even more to the table with the next position of staff if given the chance given my experience throughout my time here and on FP. When it comes to finding hackers I've learned a great deal about it being in FP and my time here at ZARP and I'd like to say I can add that to my category of pluses when it comes to traits.



Determination

When it comes to helping ZARP as a community I have so much determination to be the best I can be for the community and helping in every way I can. Throughout my time in this position, I've tried my best to make change happen for the better and I want to continue to do so to the best of my ability. I have a strong passion for this community and I want to aid it even more given the next position of staff and what comes with it.



Active

I'd like to say I'm one of the most active lead team members when it comes to teamspeak, forums, and in-game. I am always extremely easy to contact in and out of game if anyone needed. I feel like this is one of my strongest if not the strongest characteristic I have when it comes to this position. I've experienced a lot when it comes to situations related to teamspeak, forums, and in-game and with my activity I am able to help out on all three whenever needed. I believe to be in such a high position like head admin you need to be extremely active and accessible to staff and users alike in order to fulfil your duties to the best of your capabilities and I believe I could fit that description.



What I wish to achieve as Head Admin.

Where do I even begin with this? When it comes to an even higher position to Super Admin who has a big voice in terms of big decisions pertaining to SSRP I wish to achieve a lot. My current plans I wish to help clean up the staff team of the current issues that are now becoming a big problem on the server. I really want to help change the servers for the better when it comes to current staff, rule changes, and helping get people's voices heard in regards to issues and suggestions people have. Even now as Super Admin I've been trying to help change things for the better in any way I can, but there are some things I can't help out as much with due to it being restricted to HA+.



Summary

To sum it all up I believe I am a very good candidate for the position and with the position I could do even more in regards to helping the community and SSRP. I know I am a good fit for the position and I know I could do a lot with it to help better the servers so we may have fewer rule breaks and bad staff that could otherwise scare new users from staying in the long run. My end goal is to help make ZARP a welcoming and friendly place for all people so we may see new faces join the community and continue on the path of growing and being the best SSRP community on Garry's Mod.
