Languages I speak: Bosnian as my native language (includes Croatian, Serbian, Macedonian etc), English, German and a little bit of Spanish.
Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: To start of a player who was way too many recent punishments like 20-25+ in let's say the last week alone. I would personally give them a heads up like if they get one more warning they're out. And one that I think it's obvious, cheating. I might not know all the situations for when a player should be banned but I can learn!
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
By the example that is given the player got banned for cheating which in my opinion is a terrible thing to do. But I would respond as follows: You and many others deserve a second chance, cheating is a thing that ruins the fun for everyone around you. If this happens again there wont be another chance. This is your one and only chance.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.After almost a week of being Mod I feel like I could do more, share my ideas and opinions with others. Maybe change something, improve or whatever. For the time I've been here I've seen how amazing the people are on this server and in this community overall. Somewhere deep down I think that I wont make it, that I will be rejected. But no one made it by not trying. Maybe in the future I will be able to help more than I could ever.
Extra Information: (Not Required) I haven't been to a meeting yet, this Sunday I'll surely attend and meet other fellow staff members that I haven't had the chance to meet yet. I also know that I'm not using the forums as often as I should be but that will surely change in the days to come.
Thank you for taking your time to read this!
