I have heard, and seen, great things of you. Don't worry about your little time spent on the forums - forum activity is more of a requirement if you'd ever want to go for SA+, not if you're applying for admin.

I'd like to see you more on Teamspeak. Similarily to your forum activity, it is not a requirement for Admin and is not a reason for anyone to vote no on you. It's more that I would like to see the current staff team interact more with eachother, and that includes outside of the game.

So yeah, you'll definitely get my support this meeting. You're without a doubt ready for more powers.
