How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I am an admin already for 3 months, I decided to get more involved with the community of SSRP overall and assist the Lead team as much as I can. I think my current work as a staff member is not enough and I wish to work out of just the F1 spectrum. I wish to deal with other staff members that I witness daily and have propper talks with them. The time as admin helped me to learn how to deal with situations efficiently, quick and the best way possible.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Time
I've been a staff member for 4 months. I've dealt with different situations and learnt how to deal with them in my special kind of way. Through this time I've learnt how to use my tools and voice to get sits, appeals and reports done properly, quickly and correctly.
Through my time as an Admin I've noticed where improvements can be made and where they're absolutely neccesary.

Uniqueness
I am one of the staff members that has almost everything happen, therefore I have experience in handling these things. I try handling my sits unpredictably and without no template so every sit looks different. I handle my sit in a different way and in a calm mood as well. I try dealing with the situation as quick as possible. I use my tools quick, efficiently and good! What I rarely see with staff members is that they use their voice as a tool. They mostly use their punishments while I try to stay creative, talk to rule breakers or give them creative punishments that force them to follow the rules.

Friendliness
I am a friendly, yet strict staff member. I try letting as least things slip through my hands as possible. I rarely use my voice and even when I do it's for entertainment purposes. I listen to players and most listen to me. In sits I try to keep a positive mind and give the accused the benefit of the doubt although it might not seem so at the start.

Activity
I am a very active staff member, I try to spend at least 4+ hours (if not more) a day on the server and spend my morning and a bit of the afternoon dealing with F1s. I am not only active ingame as well as on the forums dealing with appeals and rarer report abuses.

Trust
People tend to trust me a lot, constantly asking me for my opinions when they're unsure about rules. I see it happening a lot more often with newer staff. I see this as a form of trust as if they trust my word, they trust that they won't do anything wrong if they handle it that way. What I also see under the topic of trust is that I tell newer staff how they handle situations better, they follow these instructions and TRUST me how to handle situations better. I admit to any wrong doings and have no intention to hide them. I argue about my points, but I never lie. Personal relationships are not a matter to me and I deal with anyone the same as I do with others. Nobody on my list gets special treatment.

Leadership
I am a dedicated leader and never let my group down (In this case the staff team). I have experience leading, as I had real life roles including leadership such as being the captain of the handball team as well as taking care of school events and organizing everything while I told everyone what to do. I love being in charge as it gives me the feeling that I am responsible for everyone that I am leading. Although I am a leader at times I never think I am worth more than someone under my leadership and therefore I never order people around if I can do something myself.


Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:

Cheaters/Hackers: When catching an obvious cheater, I was unable to make 100% sure that the person is cheating, therefore I had to have a painful wait before a lead team member joined the game, usually the cheater even disconnecting or stopped cheating. I've tried working my way around it to wait patiently and spectating the person as long as I could, possibly gathering video evidence to get the attention of an SA.

Staff breaking rules/abusing: When seeing staff members that were breaking rules/ethos/abusing I am unable to do anything. I try to have talks with them to suggest what they're doing wrong or what they could do better, I tell them off especially about things they shouldn't do. Due to my rank of Admin I am unable to give a message to the staff team and they tend to ignore me, though I might be right. I would like to raise the player to staff relationships as well.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:

Well I would handle it with Tilin's secret 5-step plan for staff reports.

Step #1 - Review the report
When reviewing the report, I would look at all the information provided in the report (This is: Name, SteamID (Possibly proof it is that specific staff member), The story, Where this happened and the evidence. While reviewing the evidence I will watch the entire evidence clip/video/demo without skipping any parts that are important for situation).

Step #2 - Gathering the story
I would try to get the chance to speak to the player that reported the staff member and if the evidence and is not clear enough I would speak with them and write down notes on what happened so I wouldn't forget.

Step #3 - Fitting the puzzle pieces
When Step #1 and #2 are finished I would start step #3. I would speak to the staff member that was reported and gather as much information as possible as well writing anything down. I would look where the stories match up and where they don't. If I would find a questionable part I would try getting it proved with global logs, if it were neccesary.

Step #4 - The talk
I would put both the accused and the reporter into one ts room/sit and let them talk it out between each other and me intercepting with questions at times. I would make sure they do not disrespect each other and do not speak over each other, as well as that they listen to each other. I would listen to both of them to see where they agree and disagree (I would also pay attention to the story if any of them altered it).

Step #5 - The conclusion
I would come to the conclusion by combining all evidence and stories into one final puzzle. I would get second opinion from one or more Lead Team members, before replying to the post. If it in that case were accepted, I would pass it on for the next lead team meeting and talk to the staff member or if it were denied, just leave it there.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would aproach the staff member by inviting him onto the teamspeak to have a talk with him. The staff member would be spoken to about the situation. I would ask him questions like: "Why did you ban the person?", "Why did you choose so much time?", "Do you think that the punishment is excessive" ... and come to the conclusion why the ban was that long.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would spectate the sit and hop in if completly neccesary, I would be speaking with the staff member over PM/admin chat to provide him with the information he needs. If he's still struggling I would help him out completly with the sit. Afterwards I would have a nice calm talk with him to explain what went wrong and what he did wrong. Not to forget, I would tell him what he did right because positive motivation never hurts anyone.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
Depending if they were accusing each other on chat, I would firstly stop the arguing, then I would ask for them to join a private conversation, where I would speak to both of them and both of their points of view. If we come to an end and find out the staff member did indeed break rules/ethos I would have a seperate talk with him. I would explain to him what he has to fix and what he did alright. Once done with this I would speak with the other staff member that the situation has been dealt with and how it has been dealt with. I would thank the staff member for the report and that he can call me at any time if needed.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
If there's an ongoing argument I would try extinguishing the chatter, though I do not see arguments always as a bad thing as sometimes people are just trying to prove their points (I would still ask them if they won't stop it, they can at least take it somewhere else and if needed I can finish the argument with my points). I would assist sorting their argument out with my point of view on the situation and would deal with it that way. If it were disrespectful though I would speak with the staff member that is disrespecting and silence him immidetly. I would tell the staff member that these actions are not toleretable and ask him why he got to the point of insulting in the first place. After going through all of this I would try settling this fair and speak to both of them what they did wrong or what I think of the argument. If there has been a reason for the argument, I would approach both of them and settle once and for all.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would approach the staff member, stop his harming actions and I would tell him to join the teamspeak or a private area to have a conversation with him. I would speak to him what he's doing wrong and what will happen if he continues his actions (or what will happen due to his actions). If the staff member understands what I am trying to tell them, I will let them know my thoughts regarding the situation. Later on I will spectate the staff member to assure he will not repeat it. I will also tell the staff member that I suggest he apolgizes to the person/group he has harmed with his actions.
If the staff member wouldn't understand I would talk to him about the situation again, trying to explain it with different words.
If the staff member would continue on doing this and it would come to the point of harming other people's experience I would put in an "emergency" demote and bring it up on the next lead team meeting.
Any actions that were done by the staff member will be brought up at the next lead team meeting and will be dealt with accordingly.

You're great admin who does his job very well the thing is that you have almost no activity at all.
But overall I think you definitely deserve the promotion whenever you get your activity up.

My activity is quite up. Never seen you since we got different time zones I suppose.
