You seem like a great Admin, you are friendly, active, do a lot of f1's etc. The only thing I think I can criticise you about is your participation in staff meetings. I think you should gice your opinions more and give more feedback on applicants rather than letting most others feedback and not you.

Anyways other than that you are a great candidate!
