EDIT: if i had a problem with someone i will say it to them as i have with the HA however i just want to be able to sort out the LT and for them to listen because people with a higher rank sometimes seem to think that because they are so high they can't be touched. I have spoke to them but the immaturity of some people these days ...

If so, as much as I understand that... it simply won't work. Respect isn't earned by badges or power, it is earned by the things you do. You can always go to a higher up to discuss any issues you have with the lead team. Don't like how a HA acts to others? Go to another HA, or perhaps even a CM.

I get that you want to fix things on your own, but a new badge won't help there. What would help instead would be you properly explaining the issue and adressing it to them in a calm and mature manner.

And let me tell you, you don't have to be a HA to acomplish that.

In my honest opinion, I don't believe you're quite ready. Users have stated that they didn't even realize you were a SA, meaning that you have lost (or never gained) a connection to the playerbase that is so desperately needed for the lead team.

However you've stated that you will get that activity up, which is good - so basically keep on doing what you're doing now. If there's one thing I'd recommend it'd be that I think you should perhaps try to come across as more mature at times, so people understand that you have a serious side too.
