If so, as much as I understand that... it simply won't work. Respect isn't earned by badges or power, it is earned by the things you do. You can always go to a higher up to discuss any issues you have with the lead team. Don't like how a HA acts to others? Go to another HA, or perhaps even a CM.

I get that you want to fix things on your own, but a new badge won't help there. What would help instead would be you properly explaining the issue and adressing it to them in a calm and mature manner.

And let me tell you, you don't have to be a HA to acomplish that.
