I think Raifster is a extremely friendly person and has helped me with issues regarding users/staff multiple times. Not only that but has also taken his OWN time to tell me how to improve without me even asking him which shows that he truly cares about his fellow staff improving. Why can't you deal with it now? Just go to a Head Admin, tell them what bothers you about the Lead Team member and then the two of you should go talk to that person about their attitude.

If you have a problem, why wait? Just because you're the same rank doesn't mean you can't discuss the issue with them.

EDIT: if i had a problem with someone i will say it to them as i have with the HA however i just want to be able to sort out the LT and for them to listen because people with a higher rank sometimes seem to think that because they are so high they can't be touched. I have spoke to them but the immaturity of some people these days ...

You can still report them to another staff member within their role.

And? You can still speak to a higher ranked member if you disagree with them. I scream at Xnator, who's a TTT HA, all the time when I don't agree with how he does things.

If you're a little scared how they'll respond then ask another HA to accompany you. If you have an issie with anyone you should always approach them, else the problem never gets fixed.
