I think Raifster is a extremely friendly person and has helped me with issues regarding users/staff multiple times. Not only that but has also taken his OWN time to tell me how to improve without me even asking him which shows that he truly cares about his fellow staff improving. Honestly I can't find much bad to say about Raif except his activity.
