What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is the process of when a dead player, or spectating player, gives information to an alive runner which will influence the outcome of a round. For example, on cb_egypt, at the red/green platforms, a dead player can tell an alive runner which button has been pressed down which therefore influences what the player does (obviously jumping to the correct platform) and changing the round.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
A disrespectful player should firstly be approached with a firm message in chat that tells them that they should not continue to disrespect a certain player. This primary step indicates to the player that what they are doing is wrong and that they should not continue to do it. However, if the player continues to be disrespectful, they should be allocated a warning which states the reason why they are warned (continuous disrespect) and either a gag/mute to stop them continuously being disrespectful to other players.





Why I should be chosen:
Personally, I think I should be promoted to Moderator because I am always on the server, I can deal with situations easily and mainly I can talk to a lot of people comfortably including all staff. I would like to continue my experience within the server and I want to progress. I have just finished my exams at school and therefore I am trying to come on deathrun as much as possible.

I would like to say something as well about my recent ban:

I know that some people may disagree which is understandable, but that week I was acting weirdly due to family problems. These have been explain to BIWX Vorhees and he completely understood my situation. Personally also did not mean the terrorism supporting at all and sorry for making a joke about it.

A few staff (including the owner himself ) have said they trust me therefore I would like to apologise for that rule break and it shall not happen again.

No thank you. Your attitude is disgusting and you are always breaking rules. You had an offensive name (Supporting terrorism) and then impersonated a staff member (Myself). You were banned for doing so. You then proceeded to ban evade, thinking you wouldn't get caught. Your attitude and language to me on steam, which I presented to multiple other staff members, was appalling and to now apply for staff is truly beyond me. You have a serious issue of lacking trust and I think you need to improve your attitude as well as your real breaking behaviour.

I have to say, Yertas is a very mature and kind person and his attitude is fine. I am decently active on the server and I can say I haven't seen him break any rules, insult anyone, being racist, etc.
We were discussing together his family problems and how they are very bad, but he was just trying to cheer up through jokes, whether it be ISIS or spongebob, it wasn't directed to the server, dezmond, or anyone else. It was just a laugh between him and his mate.

erm no Yertas has a perfectly fine attitude, as of breaking rules yes it has happend clearly as you have said but "allways breaking rules" no you come on once he made a joke and you couldnt take it so banned him, as for ban evading it was 40 mins till the end of the ban and we just wanted to play a game but you banned him because you were having a paddy. I cant say anything about the steam messaging as i have not seen it but knowing you you are probally over reacting. his "real breaking behaviour" was once when you were on then it never happend again.

A rule break is still a rule break, there is no question and/or excuse about it. If there was an issue about a false warn or ban he could've appealed it on the forums also it does not matter about the duration of the ban, if you end up playing on the server before the time is up it is still ban evading even if it was 1 minute before the time was up you're still evading your ban and even if you said you were having a laugh or what ever with a friend does not excuse you from breaking rules if you do not agree with the way things are done, we are not forcing you to play on the server and saying "you were having a paddy" just shows how immature you react to a staff member doing their job, also may I add -Respect the staff's instructions and follow them accordingly: When a staff member lays out an instruction, you should follow it. This is one of the server rules and I am sure the staff who has banned the player gave him a verbal to stop breaking rules so before trying to show your knowledge on certain situations, do your research cause I can bet you never even looked at the rules once and frankly I'd believe a staff member who has had a lot of experience and shown dedication towards achieving his rank to someone who has just started playing on the server who has no knowledge on our server rules.

if you have any complaints about the staff who has banned your friend feel free to add me on steam by clicking my signature just know that I am not easily persuaded, without proof of anything.

Anyways Yertas from what I heard their has been some trouble caused on the server by you and I'd recommend waiting 1 or 2 weeks to show that you will take this role seriously nevertheless good luck.

Yertas, from what I have seen of you you are a very friendly and active player who is fun to be around. You know the rules well and imo you are ready for moderator. However, you have been banned recently but I do not know much about what happened. What I have seen and heard people have very split opinions on this situation and will probably be a decisive factor in the meeting. Anyways, if you don't get accepted you can always try again in a week or so. Good Luck
