erm no Yertas has a perfectly fine attitude, as of breaking rules yes it has happend clearly as you have said but "allways breaking rules" no you come on once he made a joke and you couldnt take it so banned him, as for ban evading it was 40 mins till the end of the ban and we just wanted to play a game but you banned him because you were having a paddy. I cant say anything about the steam messaging as i have not seen it but knowing you you are probally over reacting. his "real breaking behaviour" was once when you were on then it never happend again.
