Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
The ban command is usable when...
A] Players don't learn from the warnings they've gotten.
B] A player is ban evading.
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello <Playername> congratulations for getting accepted as a PROPHUNT Moderator!
I'll be explaining certain things and how to use your powers to help us out with staffing the Prophunt server!
Introduction
As a moderator you're now able to staff the server, you can help us by stopping rulebreakers from breaking the server rules with your new powers. I'll go over them specifically in a moment. We trust you not to abuse the powers you are given and I wish you the best of luck with helping us with staffing the server!
Commands
As a Moderator, you'll be having a few commands, these Include...
(Kick, Warn, Mute, Gag, slay, TP, Bring, Goto & fspec)
Kick the kick command will remove a player from the server, this can be used when people have names that they shouldn't use or do other stuff that might be worthy of a kick. It's not the best punishment command out there as warn & mute / gag do a much better job.
Gag Gagging someone will make them unable to speak, this should be used when people are saying stuff down they mic they shouldn't say or when they're spamming the mic.
Mute Muting someone will make then unable to chat, it should be used when people are chat spamming, being racist in chat and stuff like that. It's a simple command but make sure you do always attach a reason to it.
Slay Slaying someone (shouldn't be done generally) will kill a player. It's not something used in Prophunt so you'd best leave it for what it is.
TP TP will teleport someone to your cursor's location.
Bring will bring a player to you instead.
Goto wIll teleport you to a player.
These commands should be used when someone is stuck or when you need to go to someone for whatever reason.
FSpec Fspec (force Spectate) will place people in the spectator mode. You should use this when a player is AFK and is still in a team to avoid them from spawning in the start of the round.
Warn You can warn a player aswell. Warning a player will tell then what they did wrong. You can warn a player to give them a warning of "don't do it again or you'll be in trouble." warning players is the most common thing you would do as a moderator and it's often used together with the commands such as mute & gag.
At last, you can access the commands through the UXL menu. You'll have to bind "ulx menu" to a random key which you can use to open the menu to access your commands in an easy manner. !warn is not included in the menu so be aware of that.
Also, make sure you do stuff according to the ETHOS which means you shouldn't be a dick and instead give people a chance one by one, start by just giving a mute then a warn as well and if they keep doing it you can always get them banned by an admin in the end.
This isn't 100-200 words
I'm joking - you have my full support on this application <3
