Morgan,
Well, it all really comes down to here. There are many positives about you as being a Admin but also there are a few negatives that I would like to see you improve on before you gain my vote for super administrator. So first of all are the positives, you are a hardworking staff member and also helping out around the community in general
There's a lot more to my positives as you can see from the replies on my application.

there are some issues which I am disappointed to be seeing you have in which they include you going off and handling situations in which you shouldn't of been handling as a admin and I want to see a few more weeks of improvement before you get onto the super administrator.
I have bolded the following words in response to that this indicates there's more than one situation, there has only been one and there's a lot more to it that we talked today after you posting this. The situation regarded Para telling me not to look into a situation, prior to this a player and I were scheduled to speak privately in regards to a more broad situation which he implied he knew a lot about. There was trust between us due to the fact this player had admitted to a drastic offense to me, so I thought this trust wouldn't be shared with other staff or lead team, so I took the chance and would decide to report to a lead team member if I found anything. My intention never was to go past Para, however I did and acknowledged that and apologized profusely to Para over steam about the situation.

I do have a sort of feeling that you only think of yourself as a staff member and like no one else is actually there helping around as well
This is very well not true, there's countless people that I've worked with to solve situations. One coming to mind right now is Tyler Durden, our past was not the best however we've got no problems now and I put that behind myself after I had time to think while banned. Tyler and I have spent hours on hours dealing with situations together, this is only one of many who I work on situations with together.

I also think that we don't really need one (lead team member), our issue is just to sort out the current lead team members like the super admins.
I'd like to point out to anyone else reading this, pre-posting this reply Onion and I had spoken twice about the need for a Super Administrator. The issue here is that out of the entire lead team, only one is from outside Western Europe. Meaning that a lot of time is left un-staffed by a lead team member, letting players and staff abuse this. If you play later in the night, chances are you've needed a lead team member and they've been unavailable. With my experience and dedication, and work ethic, I can fill the 4-7 hours left unstaffed by a lead team member and help out the people that need one.

if you improve on your recent action(s) I will consider getting you into the lead team
I'd like to point out that not a single person can get someone a role on the staff team, rather, it's a democratic vote shared by all attending parties that are eligible to participate.
Thank you for your feedback, however I do think their is some mis-information in your post.
