TOPIC: [SSRP Super Admin Application] Morgan

Morgan,

Well, it all really comes down to here. There are many positives about you as being a Admin but also there are a few negatives that I would like to see you improve on before you gain my vote for super administrator. So first of all are the positives, you are a hardworking staff member and also helping out around the community in general, however, there are some issues which I am disappointed to be seeing you have in which they include you going off and handling situations in which you shouldn't of been handling as a admin and I want to see a few more weeks of improvement before you get onto the super administrator. I do have a sort of feeling that you only think of yourself as a staff member and like no one else is actually there helping around as well, I'm unsure if you have yet to fix this issue but I would really like to see you fix all the issues about and achieve more before getting back onto the lead team again. I also do think that there are a few more better candidates currently on the staff team as of right now, I also think that we don't really need one, our issue is just to sort out the current lead team members like the super admins. I do feel like the other super admins need to step up their games as a super admin before we accept a new lead team member into the team, this is more my perspective however, others might not be thinking the same as myself and think that you are ready but I don't think you are. So overall I do feel like your not ready and that we don't need a super administrator, if you improve on your recent actions I will consider getting you into the lead team and which you could help us out a lot with your time zone. Anyways if these actions improve I will most likely be voting for you, this may take you a while to not take situations that your not able to handle into your own hands. Anyways I do wish you the best of luck Morgan!

The issue here is that out of the entire lead team, only one is from outside Western Europe. Meaning that a lot of time is left un-staffed by a lead team member, letting players and staff abuse this. Morgan has handled so many situations and has had a real good amount of experience, how would he not be ready after doing so many things for the server and being an owner of a different Zarp server? I know quite a bit of super admins who have done jack shit, if Morgan got it he would maybe help around, but you definitely aren't a better candidate than him in anyway I can name.

As a staff member I feel like we need someone like Morgan due to his unique time zone, multiple times I was in need for LT member but unfortunately they weren't online.

In my opinion the size of the LT doesn't matter at the moment because we clearly need someone to cover this time zone.

I feel we need someone in the American timezone and Morgan is the best candidate for the job. Morgan is always dealing with situations and requiring lead team assistance with no flaws. All this "We don't need a new lead team member" is wrong. The servers are getting more players and more players mean the we need more staff and guess what more staff mean we need new lead team members. Currently we have 1 lead team member specific to Morgans sort of timezone but we have 3 servers Sally is great but simply can not be in 3 places at once.

If we were to get a new lead team member I strongly believe it should be Morgan.
