The issue here is that out of the entire lead team, only one is from outside Western Europe. Meaning that a lot of time is left un-staffed by a lead team member, letting players and staff abuse this. If you play later in the night, chances are you've needed a lead team member and they've been unavailable. With my experience and dedication, and work ethic, I can fill the 4-7 hours left unstaffed by a lead team member and help out the people that need one.
