Listen im gonna be honest We dont need more SA's we need more admins so its better of staying as a admin and looking after these rulebreakers on zarp RN

Zoom I get that but SA's arent really a priority atm like they dont need more they have enough they need more admins then anything

We have 50+ admins, I'm not sure what you mean by us needing more. Morgan, you have my support for SA. Never have had an issue with you and you've helped me out in the past. Best of luck, man. Something that feels so strange here at Zarp compared to FP is how SA is treated less like a rank you deserve but rather one that is filled when apparently it is needed. Maybe I haven't been around long enough to understand it, but if an admin shows all the qualities of a leader and has put in the time and work, why keep them down simply because we supposedly don't need another SA. I'm sure our current SAs are fantastic at what they do, but I would love one that fills a similar time-slot myself to help with inner staff issues.

Ok you have 50+ Admins and yet mass rdm is still occurring and mass nlr is still occurring thats only a statistic that doesnt mean they do their jobs

So how about we push for more admins, and think about this, also allow another super admin? We can have both without denying someone's SA app.

Well all morgan does is minge around other admins and get the active ones demoted so i honestly dont like his strategy

I've known for morgan since i joined the server back in december 2012. and back when he was a moderator

And when i returned to the server he helped me a lot when i was in need
He deserves to become a SUPER admin not only he worked hard for the server but he is one of the kindest ppl you will ever meet in the server he handles F1'S better than anyone imo

and he worked hard on that application so..

I don't get active admins demoted, some may be active, if you're referring to those I report it's based on evidence and is for their abuse or mishandling of things in an innapropriate or unprofessional way. It's not a "strategy" with or without staff I've always reported when necessary.

Back when I used to be an admin, Morgan was very helpful and very dedicated to his work. I think now only being a super admin for the one server and not having to worry about the others he used to be SA+ on will be great.
