Something that feels so strange here at Zarp compared to FP is how SA is treated less like a rank you deserve but rather one that is filled when apparently it is needed. Maybe I haven't been around long enough to understand it, but if an admin shows all the qualities of a leader and has put in the time and work, why keep them down simply because we supposedly don't need another SA. I'm sure our current SAs are fantastic at what they do, but I would love one that fills a similar time-slot myself to help with inner staff issues.
