You call it powerhungry, and that he should focus on the 2 he has currently got, doesn't really mean anything, From your statement, you just say that you can't keep up with multiple servers then how can others, I Own surf, SA on PHunt and TS HA, I'm able to do my job and manage them easily, and even develop things for prophunt, while finishing off college work, Raifter being he finishes school soon, will have 24 hours 7 days a week that he will be able to log on.

Raif does a good job on surf(When the Muppet shows up

), helps out when needed, but sometimes needs a push/be told to do something.
TBH i personally think currently PHunt has enough leadteam members, yes activity was shoddy this week, but that doesn't mean "Activity is bad, quick go get more leadteam", no it means current leadteam need to be fixed before new ones are required.
