Raif does a good job on surf(When the Muppet shows up ), helps out when needed, but sometimes needs a push/be told to do something.
TBH i personally think currently PHunt has enough leadteam members, yes activity was shoddy this week, but that doesn't mean "Activity is bad, quick go get more leadteam", no it means current leadteam need to be fixed before new ones are required.
