Although i only have around 16 hours this will be greatly improving as i love the game mode and am happy to staff on it!

How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
My time as an administrator has been great. I have learned many things which i had not knew before and have interacted with a lot of the staff team. I try my hardest to keep the moderators in line and even help the admins when needed. I have interacted with many rule breakers and hackers which i have reported to lead team and the people were punished.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?

In this section i will give a few points as to why i feel like i am a great candidate for this role.

Dedication
I feel like the time i have spent as a staff member has been excellent and i feel like it has made me stronger in many different areas where i wasn't before. I have handled multiple situations with care and have made sure that they were done professionally and that the user was happy with the final result. I help other staff members with things and even sometimes help LT when needed. I am always on TS so i am easy to get in touch with and i love to play on the server. I would also like to add that although i haven't been admin for too long i think that my other roles and my dedication put me in a good position for this role. I also do the spreadsheet most weeks which shows that i am willing to help for meetings.

Leadership
My time as an admin has built a strong amount of leadership. When a staff member,lower or higher, calls for help or needs assistance i set them to a priority and then help them if i am not currently doing something. I do this to ensure that the staff know what they are doing or just make sure everyone is doing ok. I like to think of myself as the leader type as when i'm in a situation and it isn't going ok i will budge in and resolve it.

Trust
During the time of me being a staff member i have built a lot of trust and respect with in the community. I have never abused my powers to harm users and i never intend on doing it. My current staff positions with in the community are: SURF Super Administrator, SSRP Super Administrator, Forum Section Moderator and Team Speak Staff. I feel like my 2 current Lead Team roles mean that i am experienced when it comes to situations and means that i am well trusted because the lead team is difficult to achieve. My Team Speak Staff was achieved before any of my lead team roles meaning i have trust because i got it as an administrator. My Forum staff position shows great trust because the forums is probably the most popular server with in the community and can sometimes be difficult to staff and keep track of. All of my current ranks show that i am mature and trusted enough to take on this position and do it well.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
A time in which i needed assistance from a lead team member was when i suspected multiple people of ghosting and potentially hacking. The two people i was suspicious about were definitely doing these things however i couldn't request an anti cheat upon them. The way i worked around this was i spectated them and saw that they had been hacking and so i got proof and banned them. If i was to be a Super Admin i would have been able to discover this situation a lot faster and would have stopped the ruining of peoples play time much faster.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would first read through the report and make sure that i see everything that is important. I would then get the user online on team speak and try and get their side of what happened. I would then talk to the staff member to get their side of what happened and that would give me a better decision as to what i should do.
I would then respond to the report with the following replies:

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
My first approach would be to add the staff member on steam or invite him into a team speak spacer to have a little conversation about the ban. Once the staff member has agreed to the conversation i would ask them what first they banned the user for. I would then ask them why they felt that it was necessary to ban the user for this extent amount of time. I would then explain to them that users should be treated fairly, equally and that they should be banned for reasonable lengths and not giving them a longer or shorter ban than necessary. After talking with the member of staff i would once again ask them if they feel like the ban was over timed and if they agree i would then shorten the ban or unban them depending on how long they have already been banned for.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
My first approach would be to go into the situation and watch how the staff member is dealing with the situation. If i feel as though the staff member is doing something wrong i would then step in and help them out or if it is minor i would just !psay them or use admin chat to tell them the flaw that they could then recover from. If the staff member is still struggling i would then step in to resolve the situation so that the sit doesn't take to much of the users and staff members game time. I would then speak to the staff member to try and resolve what they found so difficult and try and conquer it or try to work round it. Just to make sure that the staff member is doing everything fine i would keep an eye on their next situations/reports to make sure that they do not mess up again.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would first ask the accusing staff member as to how the accused staff member was breaking the rules. I would then go speak to the accused staff member and ask them if they knew they were breaking rules. If they did not realise they were breaking rules i would tell them that they should go re read the rules just to recover them of what the rules are. If they deny the fact that they were supposedly breaking rules i would then ask the accusing staff member if they have any such proof as to the rule break. If they do i would then talk to the accused staff member about lying or maybe they did not know. If the accusing staff member had such little as to no proof i would tell them both that i am going to end for lack of evidence. I would then spectate/follow the accused staff member just to be 100% sure that they were not breaking any rules. Hopefully the staff member does not do it again as we trust our staff members not to break the rules as they should be enforcing them. If they then continue to break rules i would bring it up in the next Lead Team Meeting.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would get both sides of why the staff members were being disrespectful to one another and then i would try resolve the situation by first calming them both down and then making sure that they are no longer disrespecting. After this i would speak to them about being a team and telling them to try not to get into any further arguments and then leave them be. If it continues i would bring it up in the Lead Team Meeting explaining that they are not acting responsibly.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
If a staff member is breaking rules to the point in which it is harming users the first thing i would do is remove their powers so that it is stopped as fast as possible. I would then get them to come onto team speak so i could ask them what they are doing and why they are doing it. I would then tell them not to do it again and inform them that i will bring it up in the lead team meeting. i would then re-apply their rank and keep an eye on them in case it happens again.

You seem like you would be the best candidate for this role, and you have been helping out quite a lot (more than some existing SAs in some cases), and we need some more Super Admins, since the current ones seem to have trouble keeping up with their duties. Okay, so your application is good - as expected, of course. Your activity isn't the best, but considering the fact no Super Admin got their activity I'd say that you'd fit right in!

Just kidding - our own inadequacy should not be an excuse for anything. You're a great guy and have put in a lot of work for the Prophunt server. If you show this to all of us by getting good activity before the end of the week, then I do believe you'd make a great candidate for the role.

You're also an experienced Lead Team member, which definitely helps you.

If they are doing their job when they are on, but they are not always available, then that shows a need for more, not that the current ones need to be punished.
