Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Player 1 kills Player 2, Player 3, Player 4, Player 5 & Player 6 without purpose and leaves without answering reports.
Ban length would be 1 or 2 days for Mass RDM + LTAP

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I thank Player x for their effort and apology. Given I am most of the time the good cop I accept the appeal and unban this person, telling them to be careful in the future. However, I would take a different approach if this person had been permanently banned multiple times. I'd see a person with more than one permanent ban as someone who doesnt learn from their mistakes.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I have been consistent with the reports and been playing when no other staff member is on. I dont feel like I have ever been disrespectful to any individual playing on the server nor have I abused the moderator tools. If you gave me a promotion it would make me work even harder and ban those fools who deserve it!

You do a great amount of reports and are extremely active. I have a minor complaint with your application:

You don't "vote" on whether to unban the player. If you accept the ban appeal then they're unbanned - as simple as that.

Other than that everything seems good. I see no reason for you to not get this promotion.

You were literally just abusing me... you slayed me for no apparent reason and then decided to take the piss out of me in another report which was quite rude. You theneed allowed other players to RDM me, and didn't do a thing about it. Is it coneutered rude for me to say this? You shot me the round after I gave you the warning, which was blatant RDM. You specified in my report that you did it because I was "abusing my powers" which translates into Revenge RDM; punishable by a slay and warning.

Fourthly, The reports were flooding in and I didnt have much time to check them one-by-one. You wasn't the only person being RDMD the rounds you played in. Don't think I treat you differently just because you threw some words at me. I dont care, I treat players equally.

Don't paint yourself up like you're the victim here, you did bad yourself.

If you want to take this further consider doing a report on me here on the forums and provide with ACTUAL PROOF and I will do the same with everything I've spilled here.
