Player 1 kills Player 2, Player 3, Player 4, Player 5 & Player 6 without purpose and leaves without answering reports.
Ban length would be 1 or 2 days for Mass RDM + LTAP

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I thank Player x for their effort and apology. Given I am most of the time the good cop I accept the appeal and unban this person, telling them to be careful in the future. However, I would take a different approach if this person had been permanently banned multiple times. I'd see a person with more than one permanent ban as someone who doesnt learn from their mistakes.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I have been consistent with the reports and been playing when no other staff member is on. I dont feel like I have ever been disrespectful to any individual playing on the server nor have I abused the moderator tools. If you gave me a promotion it would make me work even harder and ban those fools who deserve it!
