Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:my time as a moderator has helped me understand the rules of the server and will definitely contribute to me becoming an admin, i have delt with all the different situations there is for a moderator to handle, and have definitely made a good role moddle

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): a difficult situation that i have encountered was when there was this user rdming multiple people and was trolling (he said that he was escaping from auschwitz) and there wasnt any admins that were replying to my call for help so what i did was tped him to a roof and then finaly after a few minutes a admin comes and bans him for trolling and then he comes on on a different account and starts rdming so i tped him to a roof and i had to call out for another admin and then he got banned.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
as a member of the zarp staff you have to be a rolemodel for other players so dont sware at a player or disrespect them in any shape or form, heres a guide to help you out with all the new commands.

F1 menu - in the F1 menu you can see how many help requests there are,warnings,logs and active nlrs.

Tab menu - in the tab menu you can do every useful command accessible to a moderator, you can also copy peoples steam ID and steam community link

F6 Menu - in the f6 menu you can access a players recent warns and warn/punishment history by searching there name or steam id at the bottom of the select player box in the top left corner

Commands

/freeze - using /freeze will freeze the player you have selected eg: /freeze [STEAMID]

/kick - using / kick will kick the selected player from the server eg: /kick [STEAMID]

/warn - when giving someone a warning use this command make sure you have the right steam id before warning by tping to the steam id eg: /warn [STEAMID]

/tp - using /tp will teleport you self in the direction you are looking eg: /tp

/goto - using /goto will teleport you to the player that you have selected eg: /goto [STEAMID]

/bring - using /bring will teleport the player that you have selected to you eg: /bring [STEAMID]

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

hello,and thank you for applying at zarpgaming.com for your ban apeal. i see that you have put great effort into your apeal
and that you are ready to come on to our server and break no more rules, but prop spamming is one of the worst rules to be broken and is taken very seriously as it can lag out the server or even worse crash the server and cause people to lose items.
as you show great regret and you seem very apologetic i have decided to lower your ban time to 1 week. if you come back on our server and procced to prop spam you will be banned permanatly and it will remain that way. Do remember i am keeping a close eye on you so be careful.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
i think i should be accepted for admin because i am generally very active, and i am a very friendly person and promoting me will be a big +1 for the server. also becoming admin will help out alot when dealing with rulebreakers such as i dont have to go into the tab menu to freeze them and i dont have to teleport them if they run off when im trying to deal with them, hope you guys make the right decision and accept my application, thank you so much for reading this and have an amazing day.
