You claim that you have a server 3 gametracker, but as far as I can tell you do not. Also your steam profile link is messed up.

Overall I think you could improve on the question "If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?". You explain the commands, but you do not explain when you should use them. You have also made quite a few spelling and grammar mistakes that I believe could be improved on. I am unsure how many F1's you do, though, which is what they'll be mostly looking at (and your attitude in game and to the staff as well).
