Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match ( RDM ) Is a term used when a player kills an other player for no valid reason.
Player X kills player Y because he pulled out a gun on him and he got scared. At this moment player X RDMed someone and should be punished for it.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
A player can break NLR if he comes back to the place he died before the 3:00 minute timer comes back to 0:00.
Player X has a base where he prints money, player Y kills him so player X immediately comes back after he respawned and tries to defend his base. In this scenario player X broke NLR and should be ( verbally ) warned for it.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First off I would teleport both players to a safe space like a roof and ask both of them what happened. After I got the needed information I would check the logs to see if it matches. If there's still any disagreement I would ask for proo to clear things up. If it really was RDM I would warn player Y, if it wasn't I would tell both players to be more careful and end the sit.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
As with most sits, I would TP both of the players to a roof and ask them to tell me their part of the story. After that I'll check the logs and ask why player Y NLRed and tell him he should not NLR whatever the reason might be. If person Y has any recents for NLR I would warn him and end the sit but if he hasn't I'd let him off with a verbal warn and tell him to no that again.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I think I am a good candidate for the Moderator rank because I'm a part of the ZARP community for quite a while now and over that time I became familiar with the rules. I never was SSRP staff before but I have experience being staff on other gamemodes and learnt how deal with though situations where the player can be disrespectful towards you or others. I mostly play on Server 1 but don't think my activity will be any problem. And when it comes to handling F1's I always see people asking for an admin / mod to help them so I think more staff is always a good thing to have. Last few months I was trying to improve my attitude on the SSRP servers a lot and think it's fine now. Thank you for spending your time reading / reviewing this application and hope to hear something back this saturday after the meeting!

Don't know you that well, but you always seem nice on chat and I've never seen you doing anything wrong.

You're a nice guy with a good knowledge of the rules. However, I'd recommend to disassociate yourself with Chroma, as this could rub off on you and negatively impact your image. either way, though.
