In application we/I will look into Gametime,Recent warnings,Behavior ingame/Outof game,How well you have been doing f1's lately,Details of the application.I look into these main facts when applying for any staff rank on the server below Admin/Moderator.If you have most of these alright my Vote in the meeting will be yes indeed.

I have seen you ingame a lot and you seem like a friendly guy and you seem to respect the rules and you know them I think you are ready for the staff team and I will be voting yes for you in the meeting.
