Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
If a new player joined the server and did not know how to bhop, I would first of all tell them that if they hold down space, they will automatically constantly jump when hitting the ground. Next, I would tell them that they should use A and D in order to go faster, looking in the direction that you are moving in, and swap between the two as you move in a slight movement left to right, picking up speed as you go. I would next explain that by pressing F3, you are able to change styles to make your movement work differently, and give them some examples of what the different styles do, and that your records / the number of maps you have completed are hooked to each style, so you will have a record and number of completed maps for each different style. I would then tell the user to message or ask me if they had any further questions, and help them out as far as possible if they did have any other questions that I could answer.
Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
If a user were micspamming or spamming in the text chat, I would first of all just ask them to stop. If they continued, I would mute / gag them (if they had recent punishments for spam, I would also warn them at this point) for a little while (up to about 3 - 5 mins). If it persisted after ungagged / unmuting them, I would mute / gag them again and accompany it with a warning. I would leave them gagged / muted for longer, as they should have learnt from the first gag / mute (somewhere from 7 - 10 mins). If the problems persisted, I would continue to do this, with longer gags / mutes each time until they learnt to stop.
Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If someone were exploiting on the server, I would first of all tell them to stop, as it is against the rules. If they continued to exploit or exploited again, I would warn them. If they kept on exploiting, I would follow it up with a kick, and then request an Admin+ to join in order to sort them out properly, as all I would be able to do is constantly warn and kick them in the hopes that they eventually get the message to stop. For many people just warns or kicks would be enough to make them stop, however some people would require something more.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I feel that I should be chosen for the position as a Bhop moderator because I am a quite well trusted member of the community, in my positions as a Super Admin on TTT, an Admin on SSRP, Teamspeak staff and a Moderator on Deathrun. As a Moderator on Bhop, I would help to clear up the rulebreakers on the server by punishing them accordingly when they break rules. I am quite experienced in staffing roles on ZARP servers, and I understand how to efficiently and effectively sort out rulebreakers. There are very few staff on Bhop, and I very rarely see any staff members online when I am, so I feel that I would be able to effectively fill in the gaps in the staff team and make the Bhop server a better place for every member.
