Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

I would use the ban command on a player that has mass RDMed and left the server to avoid his/her punishment. I will ban this player for upto 3 days depending on how his actions affected the server.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello player x,

I have reviewed your appeal and can see that you are sorry for your actions. Because of this, I will reduce your ban to 3 days. During this time, be sure to read over the rules and note that if you ever cheat again, you won't be unbanned. Thank you for making this appeal
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.

I think I should be promoted because despite only being mod for a day, many people have RDMed and LTAPped and there isn't much I could do about it. As an admin, I will be able to deal with more situations that I might encounter whilst on the server. I have also reported many rulebreak to the higher up staff and plan to report a lot more. It would be much easier if I was able to deal with these myself and sending valid proof can be hard at times. I already have lots of experience with staffing on the server and still have a whole week to get more.
