Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I feel that not only me becoming an Admin will help me deal with users that wont cooperate, but I think I can help other users have their ZARP DarkRP Experience Great.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
The biggest problem is that on multiple cases, whenever I catch someone breaking rules they tend to leave then come back, and since I'm only a mod I can't ban them! It was really annoying but thanks to some admins, they helped me, but again it was still a problem.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

So you want to become a ZARP Mod? Well here's the commands you must know in order to become one.
DO NOT ABUSE THESE COMMANDS! Always use steam IDS!
/warn <steamid> (reason): warns the player if they did any rule breaks
/freeze <steamid>: Freezes the Selected player, and they have the inability to move shoot and pull out a gun etc..
/kick <steamid> (reason): Kicks the selected player off the server
/goto <steamid>: Teleports you to the selected player. (Only with permission)
/tp <steamid>: Teleports the slected player to your desired location
/bring <steamid>: (Not recommended): This command will bring the selected player near you.
/back <steamid>: Brings player back to their last location
/backspawn <steamid>: Brings player back to spawn
/slay <steamid> (explode,slient,normal,rocket): Kills a player (usually against a citizen who wont drop a big gun)
!rapsheet: Shows record of players warns/punishments of the selected steam ID, use this to determine whether a players needs to be kicked or banned by an admin
Tab Commands
Mute Chat: Mutes player from text chat for 10s/30s/1m/5m/10m/Indefinitely for the selected player. (Use if player is disrespecting, saying racist things or is spamming.
Mute Globally: Mutes player from voice chat for 10s/30s/1m/5m/10m/Indefinitely for the selected player.
Unban From Job: UnBans player from job either they were banned from by an admin or demoted from.
Extra Information
If you ever want to become admin, make sure to attend meetings and handle at least 30 F1s a week!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
"Hello Player x, I decided to ACCEPT your ban appeal. You have shown that you are truly apologetic and want to come back on. If you do this again, you will face consequences! Have fun!"

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I believe I should be promoted since I believe that my time as a moderator sure helped some people out. Again, I'm tired of hearing people saying that this server sucks now, due to rule breaking, and I want to help to put a stop to it. This server is still a great one, but people say otherwise. I still want to help the ZARP community, and find ways to help it become greater than ever!

-Side Note
If you're gonna bring up what happened last week, I'm sorry you hold a grudge against me, and it was handled by several admins and we got the situation cleared. So don't try to start more shit.

Overall u have done some stuff that was againts the rules, but we all make mistakes just make sure u learn from them. Well, it's sometimes I have a quick temper especially to the people that are rude. And yes I say think that I say pretty immature/rude things at times, but I don't try to hurt anyone. Decent actvity,nice application. Try to avoid the annoying users from getting on your mind,you can just mute them or warn them if they did anything wrong or if they are trolling/annoying you.
