Your paragraph falls short of the 150 word mark, I know it says recommended but its essential unless you are some mad ass poet, I also suggest writing about your features which could help you deal with players and why would the staff team chose you over somebody else.I should be chosen because i know the rules and im friendly,i would like to help clear the Zarp community of rule breakers so people can enjoy Zarp even more.Im very active i play Zarp everyday 3,4 hours.My last warnings were due to stupidity and carelessness but i have learned from my mistakes.I will do F1's alot. I think i would make a great member of the staff team. Final Verdict:  I personally don't know if you have changed but from the app alone, I think you are not ready, unless you edit your app and prove to the staff team you have a understanding of how to clutch situations you will be denied The only person that says i'm not ready is you right now, I did change and i've proved it, if that's what u think it's okay. Also you say everyone thinks you've changed, if you honestly think that, then you might aswell apply for community manager with no fear of being denied... Been back from a perm ban for less than a month and already have a recent warning.
It's going to take a lot of time to earn the trust of the staff team, make F1s, report rule breakers, get plenty evidence, know the rules extremely well and show that you can be mature in those situations dealing with rule breakers.... And don't get more warnings obviously. |

Man, he got warned because he messed up on a little thing but now he knows that he messed up so I'm pretty sure that he won't do it again also he actually does know almost every other rule so he probably won't get warned anymore hopefully. If you can't be bothered to improve your application when I've given you clear explanation of how you should improve its pretty easy to say you are not staff material. |

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP SSRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.
