Have seen you only once or twice after you were unbanned but apparently you aren't rulebreaking which is a good thing. I'll keep my eye on you throughout the week and give my verdict in the meeting.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First i will go to player y and see if he is doing something important if not i will tp him to the sit where i will listen to both of their stories, if the stories dont match i will ask them for proof, if there is no proof i would teleport them to their last position.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.First i will go to player Y and see if he is doing something important if not i will teleport him to the sit, then i will check the logs if the kills were in the same 3 minutes and if there is enough proof i would warn player Y for NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I will tell player x to stop Metagaming,if he continues i would warn him.

I should be chosen because i know the rules and im friendly,i would like to help clear the Zarp community of rule breakers so people can enjoy Zarp even more.Im very active i play Zarp everyday 3,4 hours.My last warnings were due to stupidity and carelessness but i have learned from my mistakes.I will do F1's alot. On the question above you stated that if the stories don't match and there is no proof they both should be TP'd back, thats a mistake most staff make nowadays, most Rdm sits end up with the accused player coughing up their rulebreak unintentionally by just telling their part of the story, if the player does in fact rulebreak then you should go into more depth in what you would do, and how you would punish the player.

You wrote nothing about districts or any timestamps, sure the kills may be less than 3 minutes apart but they could've clashed in another district for a unknown reason which would've made it valid, same as the quesion before you need to go more in depth because you are not showing a good understanding of what you would do in these situations.
What if player x dosen't know what metagaming is, no point telling someone not to do something when they don't know what it is.
Your paragraph falls short of the 150 word mark, I know it says recommended but its essential unless you are some mad ass poet, I also suggest writing about your features which could help you deal with players and why would the staff team chose you over somebody else.

Final Verdict:
I personally don't know if you have changed but from the app alone, I think you are not ready, unless you edit your app and prove to the staff team you have a understanding of how to clutch situations you will be denied

Well you just were warned, I never said you didn't change, I said you are not ready to be a staff member. Also you say everyone thinks you've changed, if you honestly think that, then you might aswell apply for community manager with no fear of being denied...

Used to be a minge but since he has returned he has been a way different person who cares about the community and has been really active so I will have to support him because he proved to everyone that he can change also he knows the rules really well which means that he will help out many people.
