It's going to take a lot of time to earn the trust of the staff team, make F1s, report rule breakers, get plenty evidence, know the rules extremely well and show that you can be mature in those situations dealing with rule breakers.... And don't get more warnings obviously.

Man, he got warned because he messed up on a little thing but now he knows that he messed up so I'm pretty sure that he won't do it again also he actually does know almost every other rule so he probably won't get warned anymore hopefully.
