Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
The ban command is a command where the user is temporarily or permanently unable to join the server , an appropriate time to ban a player is variable but the most common reason is for mass rule break such as mass RDM. If someone mass RDM's (Randomly kills a player more than 5-6 times) I will open a private chat with him and explain to him (Providing that I have warned/slain him prior) that he has been mass RDMing and as a result he will be banned for X amount of hours/days/weeks/months. If someone appeals there ban then usually I may not handle it by myself and must talk to someone about the ban appeal and then they can post the verdict and vice versa If I was to handle an Un-ban appeal

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words)

Experenced
I am very experienced as a TTT moderator as I have been TTT Moderator for over 5 Months and In those 5 months I have had to deal with a lot of situations . As well as this experience as a TTT Moderator I am also an experienced staff member all round as I am Ts3 Staff member for over 10 months , Forum Global Moderator for over 4 months and I have been SSRP Staff For over 1 year and as of late I have been Promoted to the Head Administrator rank wich comes with big responsibilities. I also have been a CSGO 1v1 Administrator and Fp Surf Administrator but as of late these servers are no more. The reason why this information is useful if because I can use these skills I have gained from this experience in the TTT Administrator position to further improve my possible performance

Hardworking
Like before I am extremely dedicated and along with this dedication comes the hard work as I put a lot of time and effort into the TeamSpeak server trying to keep it clean of rulebreakers especially with my time zone because if there is any rule breakers then I'm the only one who has the ability to deal with them

Unique Time Zone
My timezone is a unique time zone as I am 12 Hours ahead of the GMT Timezone and I am one of if not the only TTT staff member that falls into that time zone wich means I'm always put to work for whatever is going on the TTT server

Trusted
I am a Highly trusted member in the community as shown not just from my ranks but also the fact that several people can rely on me to get this done and trust in me that the expected job will be completed and to a high standard

Helpfull
I am a very helpful person not only in all my staff positions I am very helpful in my TTT Moderator Rank and whenever someone needs Help I am more than happy to help and if there is something wrong that is not in my power I will report it to one of the owners or anyone who has the power to do so for example if someone is mass rule breaking and I'm the only staff member on I need to wait for a Admin + or report it to a Admin+

Extra Information: (Not Required)
By the end of the week I should have around 2 weeks of consistent activity and I should play for about 1-4 hours per day if not less, also if you see that there might be skip days they are not skip dates it is just that I think game tracker tracks from a certain time zone like GMT and I come on in the evenings my time
