I would say you need more time to become an Admin, but everything else seems good and you're a pretty chill guy from what I have seen of you.

EDIT: To clarify, more time meaning more time on the server, and more activity on it daily. I realize what I said sounded like overall time being mod was short, which in your case, was not.
