What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when a dead player says something that could possibly effect the outcome of a round. For example, if a dead player on the map minecraft pyramid told the runners that are still alive which portal is safe to walk through, that would be ghosting.
How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: If a player was on the server disrespecting others I'd first let them know that that kind of behavior isn't tolerated on the server or in the community as a whole, and that if they continue they'll be warned and muted/gagged if necessary. If the player continued even after my punishments I would call an administrator or higher onto the server, let them know what's going on, and discuss further action with them.
Why I should be chosen: I should be chosen as a moderator because of my experience as a staff member, I'm currently an Ambassador at Friendly Player's and have held multiple staff positions across a variety of servers over the past couple years. I've also held a number of positions in Zarp like TTT owner, SSRP Admin, and others. With this experience I feel like I know when the right time is to use powers instead of giving verbal warnings, how severe punishments should be in every situation, and have found a balance between being professional and having fun with everyone else on the server. I'm also in a timezone when at night a majority of other staff members are offline and rulebreakers essentially have free reign to do as they please, becoming moderator I hope to change that and make sure that everyone on the server has the best experience possible at any time of the day. I know the rules, how to use ULX, and how to effectively use all the powers that come with being a Moderator.
