What is Ghosting?: Ghosting is when a dead player says something to the runners who are still alive that could possibly effect the outcome of a round. An example would be a dead player saying over voice chat on iceworld (or any other map with the trap that makes whichever platform the runner jumps on break) which platforms are safe to jump across.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: First I'd give the person that's disrespecting others players a verbal warning and let them know that they need to stop and that if they continue their behavior they'll be warned and muted. If they continued I would give them a legitimate warning for disrespect and then mute them for the next round, if they continue after that round I would warn them a second time and mute them for another 2 rounds, until it gets to the point that I need to call an admin or above onto the server.

Why I should be chosen: Firstly my gametime could be better, but my activity will only be increasing over the coming weeks. Now, I should be chosen as a moderator because I have plenty of experience being a staff member with all my time in Friendly Players and Zarp. I also try to help others on the server whenever I can by clarifying any questions about server rules, letting people know when they're breaking the rules, and referring people to the Zarp forums for applications, reports, etc. Also, because I live in the United States I've been on the server many times and there aren't any staff members administrating, leaving trolls and other rule breakers free reign to do as they please. As a Moderator I'll do my best to make sure that everybody on the server has the best experience possible by administrating the server fairly and efficiently whenever I can, and make sure that anybody trying to ruin other's experience in any way while on the server are dealt with swiftly. I enjoy playing the deathrun server, interacting with the players and other staff members, and look forward to many more hours of fun on both servers with everyone.

Cant really say anything about you ingame since I havn't been on at all lately, so i'll just focus on your application and activity.

Your activity looks pretty good, but your gametime could be better as you yourself pointed out.
However, I wouldn't bother with the gametime if I had already seen you being helpful and friendly ingame.

Your application is well layed out, easy to read and the questions have been answered/explained well.

I do not know if you have any recent warnings and I cannot check it.

Thanks for the feedback Wolfie and everyone else, I completely understand the reasoning behind not wanting to fully support me yet, and as I said in my application I'll be working on making my activity more consistent over the coming weeks.
