Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Killing a player whitout reason.
Example: I see a inoccent man walking around and i kill him, thats random.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
U can't return or interact whit the district if you got killed, you have to whait the nlr timer its 3min, The timer is at the top of your screen.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Giving related information through the In Character channels.
Example: /ooc Hey player x your base in geting raided come fast!
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I tell player x if he got some proof, and if he don't i finish the f1 because i can't use logs for proof.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I ask for proof first if he got valid proof i warn player y but if he don't have proof i can't do nothing.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.
I go to player x and i give him a verbal warning for breaking meta gaming rule. And i tell him if he do that again i will warn him.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I thing im a great guy, i wana help people and make new friends, i thing im gona by a good moderator (if i get accepted).
Sometimes there are afk staff members soo i can't do nothing, only if i report it on the forums, I hope i get accepted and you help me by more popular and have alot of friends on steam and on gmod, me mature level its 100% last year i was very immature but tis year i canged tis now im serious. Tis will by a new experience for me i will get denied i thing but its easy to try i will check the app saturday to see if i got accepted or no, thx for tis awesome server!!

Honestly, no. This guy kept coming up to me shooting me and I killed him, he broke MLR so many times thinking it was funny. He came out with the most disgusting comments I have heard in my life, saying them to Pug. No where near Staff material. Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRp! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:
