The fact that the difference between bullying and criticism is becoming blurred together in the community is cause for some serious concern. I'm assuming this why I've been seeing non-stop flows of +Supports lately on applications when there are some serious flaws with the candidate. This is a forum board, a place where
anybody can post and share their own opinions so long as they abide by the rules. Just because a few of us are pointing out some flaws in Bigwhal's application,
in an attempt to help him and give him a chance to fix these things, does not come anywhere close to meaning that we're "bullying" him. If you apply for staff, be prepared for some constructive criticism, and some negative feedback, because it's all a part of the job.
I've said my part now and won't continue to derail Bigwhal's application. Best of luck to him.
