To be 100% honest, you can't even decide whether or not to stay a staff or resign. You have said you're leaving for your own community, resigned then applied again. This is proof to show that you aren't dedicated to the server enough and you need to wait. I would give it a few more weeks, sorry buddy, just what I think is best.

Yeah I understand. But I dont really wnt my own server/community anymore. I wanna stay here in a good community and good servers and fun staff. I Know people think I am not 100% and it's understandable. I am trying to regain trust now and trying to talk and help more :)

The fact that the difference between bullying and criticism is becoming blurred together in the community is cause for some serious concern. I'm assuming this why I've been seeing non-stop flows of +Supports lately on applications when there are some serious flaws with the candidate. This is a forum board, a place where anybody can post and share their own opinions so long as they abide by the rules. Just because a few of us are pointing out some flaws in Bigwhal's application, in an attempt to help him and give him a chance to fix these things, does not come anywhere close to meaning that we're "bullying" him. If you apply for staff, be prepared for some constructive criticism, and some negative feedback, because it's all a part of the job.

I've said my part now and won't continue to derail Bigwhal's application. Best of luck to him.

Thanks lad. I know and understand very clearly that people say stuff like that not for the purpose of making me mad but for me to improve on these small things you point out. Anyways thank you for pointing out on stuff I can imrpove :)

Okay sorry for saying you were annoying me etc. But now I understand Your doing it for me. Its not hate. Its posting things you in your opinion seem wrong so I can improve on it and that's a big difference between What I called it "Hate" but its critisism. And now I understand that and will improve :)

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP SSRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:
