I've known Bigwhal since he was staff originally, he's extremely friendly and helpful on the servers and forum, but in my opinion your dedication is lacking within the community. Let's say you keep telling people you're dedicated and you want to be staff, and that you'll never leave, then you leave and or resign a few times. After a while, your word is worth less and less which is when you need to prove to us it's worth as much as you think it is, and stay dedicated. I'd wait a month, play everyday and don't leave this time! You were a good staff, and i'll back you and i'm sure many more will if you prove your dedication again.

This is what bullying means, and this is exactly what you are doing. What I mean by bullying is that you are not giving him motivation to carry on applying for his position. Let me put a end to this. People can change there minds. And what kind of bad is "Recently resigned" That doesn't make him worse does it?
When Bigwhal was a staff member he was extremely friendly and a good friend of mines. I'm not sure of the exact F1 but I'm sure it was a lot more than 20-30.

Not everything requires evidence! And maybe simplify your answers a bit? Especially metagaming. As for me keep this way and you got my full support
