Rdm is killing someone for no reason which happens a lot, like me killing someone just because they have a skweeky voice, that would be rdm and is accused as RDM!

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
NLR Zone means that the district where you got killed is restricted to enter untill 3minutes time limit, are over.
So New Life Rule meaning that when ever a player in DarkRP is killed you must wait a amount of time before returning to the place of death. Zarp has a 3 minute NLR.

So What I Would Do First Is Look For Damage Logs If ''X'' Started The Damage I Would Say That He Started The Fight.
If He Deneid The Fact Of ''Attempted RDM'' I Would Let It Be.
If Later On Comes The Same Thing Back I Would Warn ''X'' ''For Attempted RDM'' And Let It Go.
If He Keep's On Doing It I Would Kick Him Or Resulting A 1 Hour Ban For ''Mass RDM''

Most Of Them Ware Really Nice Server's And Very Nice Player's After Moths Of Inerception's And Only Some Troll's But Really Not Much ''RDM'' ''NLR'' ect.
