Rdm is killing someone for no reason which happens a lot, like me killing someone just because they have a skweeky voice, that would be rdm and is accused as RDM!

NLR Zone means that the district where you got killed is restricted to enter untill 3minutes time limit, are over.
So New Life Rule meaning that when ever a player in DarkRP is killed you must wait a amount of time before returning to the place of death. Zarp has a 3 minute NLR.
